About the Author

Robert E. Quinn holds the Margaret Elliott Tracy Collegiate Professorship at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business. He is one of the founders of the Center for Positive Organizational Scholarship. He is the author of fourteen books, including Deep Change: Discovering the Leader Within.
